SSEK Hosts AmCham Human Resources Committee Meeting with Indonesian Immigration Directorate

SSEK Law Firm hosted a recent American Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia (AmCham Indonesia) Human Resources Committee discussion with the Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration.

The discussion focused on the release of Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation 22/2023 and Minister of Finance Regulation 82/2023 and Indonesia’s new golden visa program for foreign professional special talent, investors and industry players who will benefit Indonesia’s economic development.

The meeting featured a guest speaker from the Immigration Directorate, immigration analyst Ade Widhia Sathria. The discussion was moderated by SSEK partner Stephen Igor Warokka, who is also a member of the AmCham Indonesia Board of Governors.
