SSEK Founding Partner Named to A-List of Leading Indonesian Lawyers

SSEK founding partner Dyah Soewito has been named to Asia Business Law Journal\'s A-List of Indonesia\'s Top 100 Lawyers.

Dyah heads SSEK\'s highly regarded real estate and shipping practices and also has a thriving practice in foreign investment law and corporate and commercial law. Her recent projects include acting for a London-headquartered offshore drilling contractor in the preparation of a loan agreement and other documents to finance the purchase of an oil drilling rig, and assisting the Indonesian subsidiary of a leading Italian multinational oil and gas industry contractor with the establishment of a joint venture company that would reflag, own and operate a drilling rig for offshore projects in Indonesia.

Dyah\'s other projects include representing a leading Asia-based multinational property developer in a joint venture arrangement with an Indonesian real estate company to develop residential and commercial towers in Jakarta.

In addition to being named to Asia Business Law Journal\'s A-List of Indonesia\'s Top 100 Lawyers, Dyah is recognized by Asialaw as a leading practitioner for construction and real estate, corporate law and M&A, and energy and natural resources, and by The Legal 500 for projects and energy, and shipping.

With a total of six partners and foreign legal advisors included in the Asia Business Law Journal\'s A-List of Indonesia\'s Top 100 Lawyers, SSEK had the highest number of lawyers in the list, along with two other firms.
